Known to most gamers hundred percent hits - here are the most stereotype description of these projects. But the good of the game, unfortunately, is not always made known for various reasons. Sometimes the publisher banal lack of money on advertising, especially if at the same time leaves some blockbuster, sometimes insufficient demand provoke low ratings just do not understand with game journalists. On just such unjustly neglected projects and discuss in this article.

It just so happened that ordinary gamers (so called "casuals" representatives "midkora" put on a professional slang) likely to focus on the most widely promoted products. Those whose marketing budgets hardly do not exceed  the cost of development. In the same piggy bank and numerous sequels go, literally flooded the shelves in the last decade. What can you do: the person easier to give money for something with which he is familiar, albeit remotely, hearsay.

That's why a lot of truly noteworthy games is out of sight of potential buyers. What's a black and white "meat» MadWorld domohozyaechnoy for Nintendo Wii? What sort of Dark Sector? Last brainchild of legendary Rare - so what are you all? The Saboteur

Unlikely most of you remember studio immediately Pandemic, especially when you have joined interactive entertainment recently. But just ten years ago, this undeniably talented team literally won millions of fans of "Star Wars" and just hungry for spectacle citizens. Lovely Star Wars: Battlefront (which is now resurrecting DICE), topical thriller Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction and two issues Homeric satirical Destroy All Humans! - The best proof. At some point, though, it all went downhill. We do not want anyone to accuse without proof, but the collapse of Pandemic taken timing to start cooperation with Electronic Arts - and with this approach can hardly be disputed.

Its latest development was refined The Saboteur - war drama with elements of kitsch, the events that unfolded in Paris during the Second World War. Open world, capturing towers and a fierce battle for territory - all of us today is slightly nauseated from similar mechanics, and in December 2009, all this "gentleman's set" and AH-Assassin's Creed perceived fresh and relevant.

"Tastefully watering fascists" - an obvious trend in 2009, thanks to virtual and cinematic The Saboteur "Inglorious Bastards."

Importantly than cling 'Saboteur' - this charming style (in the spirit of Tarantino "Inglourious Basterds") and verified flawlessly artistic design. So, enemy locations and areas displayed in color newsreel images (something between black / white and sepia), and only the fascist uniforms yes banners glowed scarlet blood symbolism. Sight, it should be noted, is awesome, and at least for the sake of it (and burning zeppelins itself) worth prosherstit eBay for the presence of second-hand copies of The Saboteur.

The mass audience and journalists, unfortunately, do not try to design depths Pandemic, then suddenly died studio. But the memory of it will remain in our hearts.
