SanDisk Acquires Storage Systems for 307 million dollars

         SanDisk, maker of flash memory chips for mobile devices, Storage Systems bought the company for 307 million dollars. This absorption can get SanDisk technologies that improve the performance of its products. The transaction has been approved by the two boards of directors and must be closed in August of this year. Under the deal, about 250 employees will move to the Smart Storage SanDisk.
