Red Hat buys company eNovance
The world's largest Linux-vendor Red Hat buys eNovance private company for 70 million euros. The transaction will be carried out partly in cash, partly - shares. With the purchase of the company Red Hat eNovance develops its expertise in the field of virtualization technology OpenStack. The deal will be closed this month, Red Hat will pay for the asset of 50 million euros in cash and 20 million treasury shares. American Red Hat and French eNovance first announced a partnership last year. Companies working on OpenStack and compliant implementation of jointly developed online services for clients of the two companies.
