AVG Technologies acquires Location Labs

 Antivirus vendor AVG Technologies buys private company Location Labs. The deal potentially valued at $ 220 million, the Board of Directors AVG holds an extraordinary meeting to approve the transaction. With AVG said that the agreement for the purchase of Location Labs will allow the company to expand their offer security products for mobile users. Under the deal being closed in the fourth quarter, the antivirus vendor pays $ 140 million now as a single payment, an additional 80 million paid in within two years.
