Scientists demand to ban the iPhone 5 and iPad

      Apple has opened a Pandora's box when she started legal proceedings with everyone trying to ban the sale of gadgets competitors and is now "reaping the benefits." Apart from competitors and disgruntled users who are suing Apple, now the team of scientists has filed a lawsuit against the company from Cupertino to ban sales of iPhone5, iPad and MacBook Air.

      According to scientists, Apple violates a patent granted to Professor Theodore Moustakas in 1997 - patent of the "thin-gallium nitride membranes", which are used in semiconductors aforementioned gadgets.
