Scientists demand to ban the iPhone 5 and iPad
Apple has opened a Pandora's box when she started legal proceedings with everyone trying to ban the sale of gadgets competitors and is now "reaping the benefits." According to scientists, Apple violates a patent granted to Professor Theodore Moustakas in 1997 - patent of the "thin-gallium nitride membranes", which are used in semiconductors aforementioned gadgets.
