"Finam" sold his stake in Banki.ru
Investment fund Finam Global, which is part of an investment holding company "Finam", completed a deal to sell its stake in the holding company Banki.ru. Made by the buyer of the asset investment fund Russia Partners Technologies, under the control of Russia Partners. The reasons for selling the package, as well as the amount of the transaction in Finam not disclosed. Investment fund Finam Global Banki.ru joined the project in 2010.
Minority stake in the company was acquired by them in the round "A" - the stage in which investments are made on the scale of business and increase brand awareness.
