The company said that RHEL 7 has become more closely integrated with Microsoft Active Directory, it has got the support of storage capacity of up to 500 terabytes by filesystem XFS. In addition, there appeared two new Linux-technology - Linux Containers and Docker. In a statement, the company said that RHEL 7 is available for download today. 

"This release focuses on three main areas: flexibility, stability and readiness for mission-critical applications," - says Mark Coggin, senior director of marketing for Red Hat. "We believe that with a set of new features RHEL 7 users will be able to dramatically improve the performance of their IT systems, adding to her stability, making it more manageable and productive". RHEL 7 includes a number of new features to be deployed on physical hardware as virtual machines, as well as in the cloud. Note that unlike other Linux-vendors, such as Ubuntu, Red Hat company has no plans to integrate its distribution platform with the cloud OpenStack.
