Investigators believe that Wroblewski through Permjakova ordered the brothers Artimovich hacking the website of "Aeroflot", for which he paid more than 20 thousand dollars.

The court at the request of defense in connection with the expiration of the statute of limitations rule of charges Article 273 of the Criminal Code provides for punishment for the creation of malware. The case is considered under Article 272 of the Criminal Code (illegal access to computer information protected by law), which provides for a sanction of up to two years in prison.
